I have coffee, cocoa, milk, sugar, Starbucks Peppermint Syrup, and Hershey's Chocolate Syrup. Do I need anything else? What do I need to mix and how much?

Good question!

Start by brewing the coffee and brew stronger than you normally would. Then, in the bottom of your cup, add peppermint syrup, and either cocoa powder or Hershey's syrup but not both. Pour coffee over top and add milk as desired to taste. Stir.

As far as the milk, you may or may not need much of it. The milk at Starbucks is used as a filler. When they brew the shots, it's concentrated espresso and to make a drink, they add the milk as to hold up the drink. It milds the strength of the espresso as well so if you are using coffee, milk ( or steamed milk) won't need to be used for the same purpose. Don't add sugar if you have the Peppermint syrup.

Good luck!
