Or how long as it taken you to like beer? How many of you took the first sip, found it disgusting, swore you'll never drink it again and now you can't imagine your life without it?

You know, the kind you take to BBQs or picnics. Usually blue and not all that expensive. You pour the cordial and water or whatever it is you're using, in to the top and then everyone can help themselves from the tap at the bottom. I'm living in England and they don't do them here. I'd like to buy one but I can't seem to find them online. What are they called?

I was in college and took a sanitation safety class. I had to do a report on food safety and handling. I used the work unthaw. From that day on 19 years ago I have never said unthaw unless correcting someone or like now. And I correct people who say unthaw. My college proffesser said there is no such workd as unthaw it is THAW!!!!!! and he clearly wrote it on the board for all to know. My friends are sick of me correcting them. The point is. That college proffesser made an impact in my life. I now annoy people by correcting them when they say unthaw.

We're talking lines out the door and maybe around the corner during rush hours...

OR if you don't know of one like that, even just the name of a good solid affordable but not hole-in-the-wall diner would be great, too. : )

Hi im going on vacation in a few days and I know ill probably be drinking and partying at night but then still have to be up at a decent hour and do things during the day. I have a tendency to get a bad hangover after a night of drinking so Id really like to try and prevent this.

Anyone know of anything to do before bed or before you drink or whatever that may help prevent a hang over and if that doesnt work any ways to cure it in the morning?

Thanks.

A friend of mine once told me that drinking too much cola will (in her words) "blow out your kidneys". I don't believe it. What do you think?

Does anyone know the manufacturer of this one ? The last time I found them was in a Dollar Store 2 years ago I used to love these when I was a kid ( in the late 60's - early 70's ) and can never find them anymore. I'd buy them buy the box loads if, I could only find them again .
