You know, the kind you take to BBQs or picnics. Usually blue and not all that expensive. You pour the cordial and water or whatever it is you're using, in to the top and then everyone can help themselves from the tap at the bottom. I'm living in England and they don't do them here. I'd like to buy one but I can't seem to find them online. What are they called?

I'm sorry but I don't know where you get them in England. Here in the US we just go to Wal-Mart or Target stores and buy them. They can be as simple as a one-gallon jug (about $2.97) or one made by Igloo (called Igloo Water Jug) that will serve a whole crowd. Try checking the internet for beverage coolers or Igloo.
