For a few months now I have been having some health problems and have been having a hard time eating. Sometimes I am not hungry at all. Sometimes I am hungry but take a couple bites and can not eat. Sometimes I eat and feel fine. Sometimes I eat and feel sick etc. This has been rotating over a few months. So now most recently I will get hungry but NOTHING will look good not even my favorite foods. Or something will look good one day but not the next. I know I need to eat. But do not like feeling like I am force feeding myself. I never know what will sound good when. How do you make yourself eat? And how do you make food look more appealing when you have no appetite?

I once had pineapple slices that had jello mix soaked into them. I think it was raspberry. They were really good but I can't find a recipe of how they were made and was wondering if anyone knows what it was.

I am looking for a place where people would actually be willing to do this. I ran out of coins from throwing them at random people for laughs as we pass on the sidewalks, and I just need some more because now walking down the sidewalks is boring. ...and I don't feel comfortable fishing coins out of wishing fountains...

I was in warsaw in the summer and ate this amazingly tasty soup called Zurek (had sausage and egg in it), but I have found a couple of recipes online but they don't seem very good, and I don't know which to pick either way, so I hope some one here might be able to give me the real original Polish recipe so I can indulge in it's flavour, I will be truely gratefull!!!!!!.

My mom passed away a month ago, and she always did all the cooking. I'm 22 living with my dad who works late every night. I'm moving out soon but in the meantime I want to become more independent and cook for myself. What are some basic dishes I can try to make? I'm afrard that I'll undercook chicken and pork and stuff like that, but I need to try. How should I start?

Today is my middle daughter's 6th birthday. I don't have big parties for my children. But, we have a great time on their birthdays. I make them extra special for them. They get to pick what type of cake they would like and what they want for breakfast, lunch and supper. It is their special day. My family on the other hand think I'm terrible for not having a big party for them. I have a large family and honestly my children don't have fun with my spoiled neices and nephews. They are given what ever they please and they don't appreciate much. In years past my family will just show up on my children's birthdays and my kids don't have fun. It frustrates me!!! I'm tired of them ruining my children's birthdays without even being invited to do so. We are always very polite when they come we just really dislike it. If they show up today what should I do? They've been told that we prefer to celebrate with just us. How can I be direct without ruining my child's birthday?

There's a walking catfish from Asia that was brought over to the US and can be bought in some Chinese markets. Unfortunately some were put into ponds, and the fish have made their way into the Potomac River where they are eating all the native fish. They are supposed to be wonderful...has anyone tried them?
