i mean a CHOCOLATE BAR - something you'd normally only eat for dessert or a snack?

Only in chocolate croissants ... although I have to say the chocolate croissants in France are much better than the ones you find in the States.

Yes, a chocolate bar. No covering it as anything else. A chocolate bar for breakfast. Not often though.

Not I! I save that treat for later in the day. As a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, I know there is nothing wrong with chocolate in moderation, but I try to consider it an infrequent treat, so I don't touch it at breakfast time. Bacon and eggs - that's my breakfast.

I so would, but I shouldn't. I try to eat something that will give me energy throughout the day. But I do like chocolate cereal or muffin once in awhile. I love chocolate!

I eat it sometimes when I eat a Zone Perfect nutrition bar which has chocolate in it... Chocolate Mint is the best tasting...

I once ate an finished container of See's and washed it down with a pint of Jack Daniel's. Oh yeah. Later, each of the bits of chocolate were floating in the lavatory alongside with the whiskey. notwithstanding it wasn't for breakfast, and that i replaced into 22 years old. don't sense undesirable, you'll get better. I'm grown... I can eat whatever I am in the mood for. If I'm in the mood for chocolate, chocolate it is - sometimes even cocoa.
