It was told to me that in the movie, USA, underground this was clearly stated.

Nonsense. Unless they put wine in wineskins (which would be the cow's skin). And Im pretty sure they dont do that anymore.

Well, having toured a few wineries in the US & Europe, I have never seen any stalls in the cellars, & never heard any mooing.

I have heard someone yell 'barnyard' at a wine tasting, but I don't think he was telling us he tasted cow...

No. Wine is made from fermented grapes no animals. The process is basically crushing the grapes, getting the juice and fermenting it. All Vegetarian.

No, it is not true.

A long time a very few wineries used dried ox blood for clarifying wine, but that practise was outlawed many years ago.

Well don't know about that but I do know that gelatin is added to some wines. Gelatin is a bovine derivative.

I don't know but you do use rennet (from calves stomaches) to make some cheeses.
