can you became an acoholic by drinking a little bit of wine a day or even just using it when cooking. i have family members that are acoholics so i have never had wine but heard red wine is good for you

Is there a time to microwave leftover from the refigerator which will assure that they are safe to eat? I know boiling something or baking it for so long will kill bacteria and germs. I don't know how long I should leave last nights mac and cheese in the microwave to make sure I don't get food poisoning. I don't normally have a food thermometor available. I'm asking this based on an average wattage microwave.
Some foods, like meats, are just too tough if microwaved for too long. If they are precooked and just being warmed, does microwaving them for 15 or 30 seconds assure their safety?

it's a machine from an infomercial and it had a divider in the middle so you could make a veggie omlet in one side and a meat omlet on the other, or corndogs, pizza pitta's, stuffing soup, brownies with candy(snikers or three musketeers) etc... i bought one and it never arrived and i can't remember the name of it to look up the number..... can you help????
