morning ,noon or night, but it is best to drink with a meal with friends rather tham alone in the morning, red wines like merlots go well with steaks and whote wines go better with chicken dishes , wine for dummies is an excellent book that makes good suggestions ,also if you live near a cost plus, the employees have to do wine tasting at work and those drunks make some awesome recommendations as to which wine is best and they usually cost 10 bucks or less, and can suggest what to eat with it, and of course you must be at least 21 years old, if you wanna know when you can drink it

White wine with seafood or chicken Red wine with beef, pork, lamb etc. I prefer red wines that are not too sweet so I usually go for the medium.

There is no hard and fast rule to preferences of white or red wine with food types. You can drink either both on seafood or meat. Just don't forget to drink moderately...and DON"T DRINK and DRIVE. Cheers !!!

That's kind of a vague question. In the U.S. you have to be 21 years old to drink alcohol legally. If you live outside the U.S. the legal drinking age may be different.
If you mean which foods do you use each with, some have already answered that and you can check some of the culinary web sites online. If you mean something else entirely, you may want to clarify.

When ever you feel like it. The rules of white with chicken or fish and red with beef have flown out the window. I wouldn't want anything too sweet with a main course so stick to dry but pick something you like and go with that.

If you have to ask then you probably shold not be drinking. You can drink any wine anytime you darn well please providing you are old enough to be drinking in the first place.
