when i was younger my brother played baseball. he was on a traveling team and we were gone almost every weekend at his games. i would always have to have a bag of sunflower seeds cauz they are really good! i would try to stop eating them but i couldnt. they are not bad 4 you so eat away!

It really comes down to two things, one it gives you something to do and 2nd the salt on then make them kind of addicting. so there you have it.

I know!!! I usually end up eating them until my mouth hurts so bad that I cannot eat another one! Not very bright, I know, but as you said---they are addicting!
