Well... it depends on how long the stain has been there. If the shirt just got stained, then it can be washed with bleach right away to insure the stain will not set. If the stain has been there awhile, then you'll need to use a pre-treater like "Shout" or "Oxy Clean" and let the product sit on the stain for a least 24 hours. After 24 hours, wash the shirt with bleach and the stain should be gone....if not....trash it and buy a new one! :)

Soak the shirt in a bucket or in the washer with 1/2 cup of dishwasher soap and 1/2 of laundry soap. I use this to get all kinds of stains out.

boil water add bleach , soak the white shirt , leave it a few minutes.. (try first with a white fabric stained with "coke" and see what happens...) In the old days that was the remedy.

sponge the spill as soon as possible with equal parts of alcohol and water,if it's washable bleach out remaining stains with an equal mixture of 3 percent hydrogen peroxide and water, saturate and wait 20 min. If it's gone wash as usual, if not repeat. Or you can buy Brilliant Bleach or Borax.

caffiene is hard to remove but can be done....use ONLY COLD water and DO NOT put it in the dryer until the stain is out just air dry it indoors...you may have to wash several times....any heat (even direct sunlight) will set the stain and then its a rag

Tide Stain stick or Oxyclean should work. Wash it in cold water and check it before you put it in the dryer.
