Blue, Rare, M-Rare, Medium, M-Well, Well Done or cremated??!!

I saw a special a few months ago on a food channel on Texan cooking. They made a chile the old fashioned way (like they would 200 yrs ago I guess). What made it different, is that they did NOT use chile powder. Instead they took dried chiles, boiled them, opened them, then scraped the boiled flesh away from the outer skins, put the boiled chile flesh back into the pot and cooked it with chopped steak...They said the whole process took them like 6 hours.

Now, could anyone put a link or post the same/similar recipe for me? Remember, NO chile powder. :-)

No need to worry the healthboards state as long as the milk is pasturized its just as healthy as cows milk.
It has been noticed that the cats milk contains higer quantities of calcium.

I have been doing research for approximately 6 months about alcohol dehydrogenation and hangovers. At the moment I have a juice recipe that can relief hangovers, moreover this recipe contains only natural ingredients. Further research will be conducted and hopefully this juice can be released to the market if positive responses are obtained from the market.
Moreover, the natural ingredients of this juice enable us to consume this juice while sober to stay healthy.

I've just learned that taking a dump in a bowl and mixing it with some sugar and cocoa powder does not make a good chocolate mousse. Indeed, the customers of my catering business weren't at all pleased. Anyone have a recipe for a decent chocolate mousse?
