Yes and not just American food. Just like how we also have Italian, Korean, and Mexican food here, it's no different in many other countries.

They do, such as McDonald's and KFC. There is a McDonald's in just about every country in the world. I don't remember the country, but somewhere in the Middle East there is a McD's that serves something called the 'McFoo'. I don't know what it is. I don't want to know what it is.
