a good question. One food alone will not supply all of the nutrition one requires. That said the beans come closest, especially the soy beans

1 cup provides 57% of the protein, 297 calories, 40% of the fiber, 47% of the iron, 27% of vitamin B2, and 40% of omega 3 fatty acids.

close behind:

dried peas

1 cup provides 32% of the protein, 231 calories, 65% of the fiber, 25% of vitamin B1

Pinto beans and navy beans are also in that category but add 25% iron.

among the fruits

There is an old saying. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away".

pomegranate juice reduces the damage that LDL ("bad") cholesterol has on artery walls in human subjects. Israeli researchers found that the equivalent of 8 ounces daily reduced blood pressure by 5 percent in people with hypertension, and that it had some of the same effects as certain anti-hypertensive drugs.
Like tea, pomegranate juice is rich in potent antioxidants known as polyphenols, and it has more of these polyphenols than green tea, red grape juice, or orange juice, as well as vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals.

Bananas because they are my favourite fruit and they have so much natural energy.

I avoid coconuts because they are quite fattening and a nightmare to deal with.
