Does anyone else think that those adament feminists have destroyed the image of a lady? What if I want to wear a modest but flirty dress? Why do women hide their femininity behind blue jeans and t-shirts? Men are now comfortable swearing in front of us. Doors are not opened.
Does anyone else see the role of Lady fading away?

I got an IM from someone I don't know about a girl I like and they said something weird that I dunno what I should think of it. Would you say that this is saying something along the lines of "She has a boyfriend" or something else. It doesn't say it straight forward but I'm not sure. I do NOT know the gender or even the person at all, so could it be her on another SN or maybe her friend? This is the thing they said: "im sorry for beating oyu in the competition to get to her". What would you interpreat that as? I know what it says but dunno what to make of it.

QUESTION I AM ASKING AFTER YOU READ THE STORY IS WHY would SANDY (a chunky girl ) tell MARY (a thin girl who is always told by strangers, relatives, friends she is thin/skinny, looks like a size 4) that Sandy thinks Mary is average and size 8,then pauses and adds in size 10. MARY (who is THE friend I am asking about) IS UPSET AS TO WHY SANDY WOULD SAY WHAT SHE SAID WHEN EVERYONE IS ALWAYS TELLING MARY SHE IS THIN/SKINNY AND SINGLE DIGIT SIZE. HERE IS THE STORY: Mary (very thin) and Sandy (chunky)met in the hallway, Mary told Sandy she got a parking spot right across the street. Sandy said to Mary Exercise. And the reason Sandy said she mentioned exercise because she is concerned about her heart. Mary decided to ask; Sandy do you think I am thin; As Sandy was putting stuff away Sandy replied to Mary; You are average, size 8 paused and added size 10;Mary left and went back to her desk. Four co-workers saw Mary and asked Mary what was wrong Mary told them the story. Her co-workers said to her; Mary you are thin/skinny and cannot be more than a size 4, and not more than 110 pounds. Then Mary said; So why did Sandy say average and size 10 if everyone sees me as skinny/thin size 4;They replied; Sandy is jealous; Do you agree/concur with Marys friends? Here are some things her co-workers and friends said after Sandys remark: Audrey: Mary you are so skinny Billy: Mary you are thin. Before we got together..we were kinda best friends he would tell me everything and so would i...he was crazy about me and he would call me all the time and would want to spend every moment with me...if i would be sad he ould do anything to make me happy...now he still tells me he loves me and wants to spend the rest of our lives together,but im the one that has to call him most of the time...if i get mad he ignores me..when im sad..he says hes too tired and falls asleep...but we still have a lot of great moment together and he still shows me he loves me..just not as much...am i doing something wrong...what should i do?..he still tells me he wants to spend the rest of his life with me and im the only one for him..

Please be honest, I was having a long distance relationship with this guy, in a way the distance was nice because we were getting to know each other which now a days people don't take the time to do...We talked about everything my kids etc. I became very attached to him but we had a fall out communication ceased for 9 months, I was hurt but eventually I began to move on. He recently sent me a text which explained that he was just involved in a 6 month relationship with someone who also was a single mom....which he will never do again
(be involved with a single mom) he went on to say that if we had gotten involved it probably won't have worked (I guess because of the kids) and wasn't I glad that he discovered this through another? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? After so many months why would he text me this? Now I'm hurt all over again. Does this mean that he saved me from being hurt?? Help!!

I been in a relationship with a friend for a month and a half and I still haven't gotten her anything special in specific... the only thing I done so far is getting her tickets for Tyra Bank show which she likes..

My question is... how often should a guy buy gifts to their gf's in random besides special days (bday, valentimes, christmas etc.)... I know it really depends whenever one feels like but the thing is, being the first time in a relationship I dont know what is the balance between showering one with too many gifts and or not doing enough. Also what about flowers and anniverseries?

Ok so last night my boyfriend went out to the club ..and he never came home ..but the friends he was with came to my and my boyfriends house and slept here ..they all went in the same car so ...well let me get to the point ..my boyfriend showed up the next morning and said he "slept at his cousins" which i hardly doubt ...well anyways ..all of his friends are calling him "STALLION" ever since last night ..they never used to call him that ever ...and my boyfriend isn't Italian so why do you think they are calling him that ??????????????? i mean he is so cute.
i find him looking at me and sometimes smiling. he looks a lot.

we have talked and one time he was asking me a question, the girl in front of me answered and he looked disapointted that i wasnt the one telling him his answer.

and another time, we were in groups and i had to go across the room it seemed that he followed me and was pretending to do work but then i looked at him and he ran away.

ok, so there is this guy that used to like me, and i never really liked him, and then he decided he didnt want to like me anymore, but now i like him! its not juts becasue i miss getting the attention , im always on his facebook looking at his pictures or reading about his things or what ever. i know kinda creepy but i really like him. there is this other girl there who kinda seems to like him too!:'( i dont know what to do. and also i know this isnt good but, if he were to ask me out, i might even say no! just because i dont want other to think of how i went out with him! hes kinda. less popular, and more loserish > hes kinda annoying, shorter (2 inchesish, but i dont care, im not that shallow), and people just dont like him that much. i went out with him for a VERY short period of time in the past and people gave me alot of shi* for doing it, so i dont know if i should tell him i like him, or what!

well i've known this girl for about a month and we talk everyday ever since.. she was single at first so we started to get to know eachother, and now apperantly she has a new boyfriend. which is kinna a kick in the *****. I like this boy named Mark,i had been flirting with him for multiple weeks and i have known him for a long time. We are going VERY slow, but i like him.
Then Friday night as i am helping with the cheerleading activities because i am on JV, I hang out with this boy, Josh, when i am off duty, who i talked to minorly last year. He was very flirtatious with me and we were very physical with each other. NOT in the explicit way, just hugging, being very close to each other, etc.The thing is that He flirts with other girls, but that night it was all about me mostly, and he gave a hug to two girls who were his ex's but it was brief. We stayed close to each other all night but when he has a relationship its brief. I just don't want to get hurt.
*I try to remember what it feels like when my heart was broken so i dont do it to others.*
