i mean he is so cute.
i find him looking at me and sometimes smiling. he looks a lot.
we have talked and one time he was asking me a question, the girl in front of me answered and he looked disapointted that i wasnt the one telling him his answer.
and another time, we were in groups and i had to go across the room it seemed that he followed me and was pretending to do work but then i looked at him and he ran away.
so what do you think

He likes you. It may be that he is a little shy and doesn't know how to tell you that he likes you. Try flirting with him a little, that way he knows you like him and can make the first move.

Well it sounds like he likes you!! if you are interested then show that you are. flirt with him, tease about things, and juss find away to be around him. dont play too hard to get cus then he may give up and you dont want that. but playong a lil keeps things interesting. let him chase after you. if you catch him looking at you then simply look and smile back!!
