When does "dating" turn into "boyfriend"???? I dont want ask him what we are and look silly, but i realize that because i'm beginning to wonder, maybe i should be asking. Any suggestions?

Just take it day by day and enjoy the attention. On the other hand, don't be rushed into a relationship too fast regardless of what he may want. any person may appear perfect as long as long as they want to appear that way but that doesn't mean they will stay that way and it is only over time that you may learn that.
I hope he is as good as he sounds, and he may well be.

just ask that's the easiest way to go. you're gonna have to ask sooner or later anyway. or ask one of his friends what he's calling you (girlfriend, or just someone he's dating) but since he already wants to meet your parents then that means he wants to take it a little more seriously and will probably ask you to be his girlfriend.

just ask him 'do you consider me as your girlfriend?' if he says yes then well congrats if he says no then keep dating
