Singles & Dating - 9 August 2007

My bf has a small dog. Whenever we have sex, she jumps on the bed and tries to lick one of us. then he gets up and puts her in another room. I think it's gross. She also barks all the time if he is not paying her attention and doesn't listen to him unless he has food in his hand. He seems to reinforce her bad behavior by giving her food when she is barking. Sometimes instead of cuddling with me while watching a movie he lets his dog sit on his lap and pets her. He also lets her sleep in his bed at night and talks to her like he talks to me, "gorgeous, baby, etc." Is all this normal? What should I do about this?

does it annoy anyone else?
im 13 and find it aggrivating
someone will be with a guy for like 20 minutes & all over their myspace/ school books it will be like "i love justin" or whatever
i have been with my bf 3 months [today is our 3 month] & people ask me all the time "do you love him"
&& are shocked when i say "i love him as a friend but just like him alot"

i mean at that young, no one really knows what love is.
&&my friend who was with her bf for 11 months said the EXACT same thing when i asked her if she loved her bf after 11 months

he doesnt turn them donw meanly or rudely and i cant seem to find out who he likes. i dont believe him when he says he doesnt like anyone. i found all this out for my freind when she liked him.

I have been goeing out with my girlfreind since last thursday. I bought her a neclace, with matching earings, and was thinking about giveing it too her this saturday when she comes back up. Is that too early, and would that scare her?

known her maybe a month. acquaintances or, at most, casual friends. see her maybe 4 times a week, total of about 5 hours tops usually.

1) very long eye contact, longer than with other people. almost constant. it seems coy/flirty.

2) re-does her hair while we talk.

3) faces me all the time.

4) laughs at my worst jokes.

5) rarely initiates conversation, but as soon as i say anything to her, she starts talking a *lot*. doesn't look around when she talks. looks at me only.

6) told me she wants to see this particular movie. asked me (and her friend) to come to an art fair she did.

the friend who introduced us, a gay guy (she knows i'm straight), told me not to ask her out though. he was vague about why. she's single. she never told him she didn't like me, but then she never said she did.

what do i do? ask her out?

You talk on the phone and one person Contiually has to think of new things to say

But when you're together you could care less.

And am not talking about the bible but there are even magazine articles on this that 99 percent of the time guys will leave you once you give it up and the chances of marriage are almost zero. I have talk to guys who were as young as 15 to older like 60 something and all of them said they would sleep with a girl but never marry her and they don't really go for virgins but would rather marry one. Even a Italian guy told me he hates when women give it up he will sleep with them but its too easy.

Am a 19 year old virgin and had plenlty of chances but wanted to wait for the right guy anyway plus if your not a virgin you should still hold off and not be known as the easy one.

For the past week by boyfriend has been so paranoid. He acuses me of being with guys and im not, he also accuses me of lieing and i have never lied to him, ive never gave him a reason to act like this! I moved and we tried the long distance thing but it didn't work out but now we're friends still but I'm still in love with him. We've both moved on and I love my new guy but I'm not IN love with him. I think my ex is in love with his new gf and he seems happy with her and that's what i want..for him to be happy even if it's not with me. I miss him soo much and I can't stop thinking about him. What should i do? I still talk to im on e-mail + myspace but I love and miss him so much. I'm always scared that somethings gonna happen to him so i won't be able to see him when i go back. he got,and continues to be, overly 'mushy.' I like the occasional act of sweetness, but he completely over does it. I thought girls were the ones to want all this. But frankly, it's creeping me out. I'm not entirely sure what to do. I just recently met his friends and family (which is very extensive) and I'm thinking I might get mauled if I break it off so soon.
Any advice on how to ease into it?
I'm desprate, and being suffocated by 'sap' as we speak.

why is it that the guy i like has a split personality?
he is shy when
- he doesnt start the convo
- doesnt know what to talk about
- always walks in and out of the room
- hard to know what he wants to say
- is always starin at the ground a lot

then when he is happy he is
-loud and funny. actually wanting to talk to me
- teasing and joking about
- his face lit up when he saw me, since we are long distance and we only see each other in a while.
- he started to tease me about my name
- is always talking really really loudly, when he doesnt even need to
- is always trying hard to impress me and say stupid stuff
- is always laughing at absolutely nothing
- always annoys me and makes fun of me.

i really dont understand his behaviour sometimes and its making it really hard for us to remain friends, because we are communicating less and less. makes me feel bored because i am always on the go and wanting to have fun, like when i touched his stuff he got real aggro bout it?

have you guys flown in an airplane? My boyfriend and I are going to visit some of my family for Christmas and I'm sooo nervous. I've never flown before and I have absolutely NO idea what to expect. There is this guy who I asked a question about before and u guys told me to leave him alone bcuz he was after sex. So when I stopped sleeping with him, he was still that nice person that he was before. My only ordeal this time is that he told me a while back that he wasn't ready for a relationship but now he tries to spend every free day, hour and minute with me.
