he doesnt turn them donw meanly or rudely and i cant seem to find out who he likes. i dont believe him when he says he doesnt like anyone. i found all this out for my freind when she liked him.

Give the guy a try.See if you can get something with this guy.Just a try.Start a simple conversation,start sending the female signal,be more open and close to him.If the guy don't pay attention,well, you're barking at the wrong tree.If he does,congratulations, you have a boy friend.
