I thought I had met then guy of my dreams. OK we hadn't met and some of you will think thats stupid,but you cant help what you feel for someone. Well hes just broken up with me because he has cancer and doesn't have long to live. He wants me to move on and forget him but all I want to do is be there for hmi,love him and marry him.
I've told him I cant forget him,but if I can only be his friend I will. What do I do to even try to forgte him. Which I know if he died he would want me to move on.But right now I dont see that happening anytime soon.
The thing is I thought I was getting better(i'm on anti depressents and hacen't cried or wanted to hurt myself for 2 weeks) But now thats all i'm doing. I cant tell him that cos it would upset him mroe then it already has. What can i do?

ive been dating this guy for a year now and afew months weve lived together for 6months I love this man very much but he seems to confuse me. He has different personalites somtimes he wants to be that good hard working man who wants a wife and kids and the next minute he wants to party like a rock star. He has lied to me in the past and i fear if i continue with him he will continue to lie about things. i ask him if he just wants to be friends and he says no i cant figure out if he really loves me and wants to be with me why does he act this way? should i still leave? or just let things go as they come? i want happiness and success in my life i want a family. can he give it to me oneday or am i wasting my time with him...

This guy that I have known for over 10 years keeps asking me to hang out. He is really unattractive I mean very I wish I could post a picture but someone on here may know him. Anyway he is a very nice person but I don't want to go out with him and have people thinking we are a couple. I feel really bad about this but I just can't do it. I am not a little kid I am 26 years old and I feel like I am being so childish. What would you do ? Should I hang out with him or make up another excuse as I have been doing for years? Ok, this is like a weird story. But anyway, I was sitting in my couch watching TV while eating a Ben and Jerry ice cream, when someone called me. It was a boy name Parker and he had the wrong phone number and stuff. So, anyway, I don't know how this began, but we started talking none stop, we got to know each other very well for the past 3 months. So, then we decided to meet up. And when I saw him, I was a bit shocked, but I smiled. He didn't look as handsome as he sounds on the phone. I mean, he looks kinda goofy. But yet, he's so sweet and honest, but he has a somewhat big nose, and his eyes are like, close to together, you know what I mean? He is such a charming funny guy, but he doesn't look gorgeous as I thought he would be. He kinda reminds me of skreech from Saved By The Bell. Am I shallow? I don't want to be shallow, I really found a perfect guy and I don't want to ruin it just because of the way he looks. Should I get hypnotize or something?

We have been dating for 4 mths and everything was wonderful until his dad bought a buisness and told him to run it. He is very busy and has no time for me. Well I don't think he is making time for me. He says he loves me and wants to spend the rest of his life with me but I can't be in a relationship like this. I need physical contact. He hardly ever calls and we never see each other.

My last relationship ended just like this. He started a buisness and got real busy. I pushed the whole do you still want to be with me bit and I think he did but I drove him away. I don't want to do that this time.

How can I find out if he still wants to be with me with out pushing him away? I love him but I can't go on like this.Please help.

Well there is this guy and he is a total flirt! He flirts with every girl in school but with me its diffrent and when he talks to me he makes me feel really nice about myself.
