this time i have found the one. i am ingaged with him and im not sure what to do... we fight alot about nothing really,then after words just act like it never happened. could it be because he is much older than i...??

Chickie I am learning too what to do, I just got engaged and I feel lost to. But don't change what you have done in the past. Don't fight over nothing if you think he is just wanting to start a fight don't pay attention. Be the bigger person, if you are the one that is starting the fight just think about if you want to contiunue like that for the rest of your life. It has nothing to do with age.. You two have moved on to another level of your relationship and things get a little tense...Congrats on your journey with the one, I wish you luck...

no i've done the same thing with guys younger and the same age as me.somtimes bf and gf fight like married couples.its said that the relationship could work out if u have open communication between the two and thats what bickering is u feel secure enough to voice ur opinion with them.good luck i hope u find the answer that u are looking for.have a great day.

The problems you have now will still be there after marriage and may only be worse. Things don't magically go away. I'd recommend a long engagement to get to know for sure if he's the one but it sounds like the relationship is not healthy now.

LoveSlave, That may be a possibility but that is not a good thing. Instead of pretending it never happened you both should review it and somebody change so it never happens again ! Ignoring a problem will just make it grow.
