Anonymously call the IRS and tell them that you suspect that person of not fully claiming his income.

What did the person do? Anyways here's a few without knowing what the person did.
Wait until they call you for something and agree to do it for them. Then fake them out when the time comes to do whatever it is.
For example, if the person ask you to pick them up from work or wherever, pretend you are going to do it, ask them what time of course, call a few hours before that time to confirm, then call again and say "I am almost there, see u in a little," but never show up. Never call again or answer their calls.
If you have access to their place, run their cable bill up by ordering prepaid movies, etc.

I am a law student and will answer your question based on it's merits-(not to say that I believe that the law is the proper forum for revenge-that's more for divorce attorneys...) but it will be very difficult to answer you w/o any info about what you are hoping the legal system can do for you. Do they owe you money? Sue in civil court-attach a lein on their wages. Are they harassing you? File for a restraining order-then hang out at all of their favorite places so they are always having to leave. Ectera...hope this helps, but in the future, please give more info so I can better answer.

How old is this person? I ask this because sometimes older people can have reasons for acting inappropriately that you cannot even begin to imagine. Friends and family members dying off, loss of Independence, health problems...the list goes on and on. I agree with mikentammy. Leave him/her alone. They are pro bally already suffering with things that you know nothing about. Please don't add to that suffering.

Take the high road, and forget about revenge. In the long run, it will come out worse for you if you try to take revenge on someone.
Besides, the best revenge is living well. So if you have to have some sort of revenge, work your butt off and make something of yourself.

Get a smoking hot girlfriend/boyfriend (preferably young) and parade them around this older person. And I agree, completely ignore them while you're at it!

It all depends what the person did to you but the funnest way to get back at someone is doing a prank its so much fun and no one has to get hurt.

be the bigger person and just walk away...that's the best way to get back at someone. They are probably just waiting for you to do something and you not giving them any attention will probably drive them bananas.

Yeah, I've run into quite a few of those. I've had the ultimate revenge, however: I've outlived most of 'em and been able to take a dump on their graves.
