How do you know he wants to go out with you if he didn't ask you out?

Either he is too shy or he doesn't want to or he is waiting for the "right" moment. How the heck would any of us know? Why don't you go ask him?

he might be scared or busy. keep your mind off it by doing something fun with friends and just give it a few days or whatever. if he doesn't im sure you will find someone better off for you!

he wants to know if you like him as a friend or as something more. Guys don't like to be too... hey i like you, because we don't know if you'll feel the same.
