Singles & Dating - 6 April 2007

I have a big crush on a boy in my school. He and I have our last class together but it's silent reading so we talk together. We have meaningful conversation, too. I started liking him when we played this ongoing game but that's another story. During this time he was going out with one of my very good friends. They had a messy breakup but they're ok now. Another friend who is very good friends with him says that when she asked him what he thought of me he went on and on, and that he also said if I was allowed to date, he would ask me out. I'm not allowed to date until I'm sixteen for religious reasons. I REALLY like this guy, but don't want to go behind my parents backs. Also I worry that since i have said I won't go out with anyone till I'm sixteen this will impact my intergrity. What should I do? He and I aren't very close friends and I want to become better friends, but I'm afraid if I get any closer,I will like him even more and will never be able to get over him. Please help!

How do you win a guy back without playing "the game"?
In the last few months my relationship with a certain hunky from down under has been kinda strained as we have both been under some stress in our individual lives. I try to be there for him as best I can but it seems that now he is pulling away. He hasn't lied to me that I know of, but I get this weird feeling that he is no longer interested in being more then friends. Maybe that there might even be someone else he is interested in. How do I know for sure. I have asked him safe questions, but don't dare ask the "relationship" questions anymore or he is sure to run the other direction. How do I get his interest back? Should I play like I don't care? I hate playing games, but I don't know what else to do.. Can anyone help?

my bf nd i hangout all the time on weekend beause we both have school in the week. we usually end up doing what i want to do, watch movies, go shopping, go out to eat...but he agrees to whatever i mention. so he has been complaning that we never do what he wants to do so today i let him decied. we went downtown shopping because he wanted to look at stuff. while at a store a spoted ashirt i wanted nd decided to buy it on my creit card(ihave a 50$limit a month) nd the shirt was 30. while shopping he found a pair of jeans that he liked, nd i told him id buy then for him. they we 40 nd i had 40 cash on me. but then he was like i dont like how they button so he decied not to get them. now after 5 hours and after spending 70$ today on food and other stuff... he gets mad at me saying it was gf day once again nd that theres never bf days. i want t make it up to him, but i dnt understand what im doing wrong. help?

ok so my ex took our son out of town for the weekend. His car broke down 15 miles from their destination. He calls me wanting me to travel 4 hours to take water and possible give him a jump. I told him to simply call a tow truck...which he did...When I explained this to the guy I am seeing he says yeah right-he just wanted to get you out there for romantic purposes....I dont believe this and so I asked my bro-in-law, he said the same thing...I asked my sisters and they say no, he is just stupid and could not figure out what to do.....would all guys really think that my ex had romantic interests at heart? My boyfriend and I have been together for only 3 months and I'm already starting to lose interest. I WANT to keep this going but its not working. I think of him more as my best friend than my boyfriend. Our conversations have been dead lately and I don't know if I should break up... I'm afraid that if I do break up with him I'll never talk to him again. I'm not exactly a "people person" and I hate confronting people. I'm 26, I've had lots of relationships, I've been hurt (alot), I've hurt women (unintentionally), basically I 've been around, I know life and relationships. I'm dying to meet that somebody, but I know not to look too hard for it because it always turns up when you least expext it. I work hard, I have amazing friends, I'm so much better off than most people, but somehow I still want that special something. I've had the highs and the lows, but because of the highs I know what can exist in terms of a relationship with that special woman. I'm stuck, I'm tired of the game, I want to love a woman and I want her to love me. I really feel I've given my all and lost (and gained), I don't know what to do next, I feel like I shouldn't complain because there are those worse off than me but I can't help it..... somebody point the way....

The other day my ex-boyfriend emailed me out of the blue just asking how things are going. I emailed him back and said I felt nostalgic about our past r/ship and that I missed him. He emailed back saying he had been depressed and stuff and that he could have been nicer to me and now he was a different person. He also gave me his cell number and asked for mine.

Do you think he is hinting he might want to give it another shot? Only thing is he lives in another state and is engaged. We were together for 2 years and almost got married but broke up 4 years ago. (I broke it off.) What do you think? Thanks!!

I have a wonderful boyfriend of over a year, but I don't think i'm physically attracted to him. I love him more than anything, and he has a cute face, and I love his muscular arms, but the rest of him...it does nothing for me. I feel horrible. I can't picture my future without him...but I feel like a horrible girlfriend for not feeling attracted to him. I think that if i was more attracted, then the sex would be better, which would help our relationship i think because i don't see him often, and when i do, the sex isn't all the fantastic. but it's not cuz he's bad, it's me. I wrote 2 letters on resignation for both my supervisor and HR giving a two weeks notice. I walk in to my supervisors office handed him the letter and then next to HR . five minutes later my supervior called me into th HR office and asked me to pack my things. I did not know why.

But turns out that i handed my supervisor a letter that i had wrote my ex-boyfriend.

He told my to leave immidiately, and to not return.

On the bottom of the letter it says your ex girl friend. but it was not addressed to anyone

Can i get fired on the spot for that. I have worked with this company for 11 months and 3 of those months i was a temp thru a temporary agency.

It was just a misunderstandin and now i will be out of two weeks pay. is there anything i can do to get those two weeks paid out to me.

Would you rather go through a relationship where your extremely in love, but you argue alot, but after each argument, your okay again, and your back to extreme affection. OR. would you rather have a slow relationship which does not have way too much passion but on the plus side, no argument?

i have been trying to call my cousin to see what is up, she wont answer. Cuzz she knows something about the guy i like.Its obvious!! Im sure of it, she isnt picking up on purpose. I told this guy that i like him. He didnt say anyting back. His friend said that hes not sharing his true feelings. Thisguy stares at me alot, doesnt like it when im with other guys, tries to mmake me jealous, but is always very shy and serious around me (hes usually confident and out there) My gut feeling tells me he likes me, and so do my friends, and if this is true then why hasn't he told me he likes me back?

My boyfriend is a really great guy. I like him a lot, but I am presently trying to get over sexual abuse. He understands how horrible that was for me and how im still learning to trust, but i do feel a little uncomftorable with him doing a whole lot of snuggling and kissing my neck and stuff.
