More information would be needed.

Do you have back/neck/shoulder pain?

Grooves on your shoulders?

How old are you?

Height? Weight?

if you feel you need a breast reduction by all means look into it.

This site is a wealth of information for you.

As for scars, I had a breast reduction in Feb 2006 and they are so faded you have to really look to see the scars. Its all in how good the PS is and how well you take care of your scars.

Regarding the incisions, some DO remove the nipple (called a Free Nipple Graft). There are also different types of incisions. Check out the site above (their FAQ section) for more info.

I also considered breast reduction .. but when I saw what was involved ..the have to do a lot of cutting ..much more then implants they can do that from under your arm ..they cut around the nipple but do not detach and cut a line from the nipple straight down.. You get a scar a straight line from the nipple down the breast all the way .. I reconsidered ..I did ask the doctor will I scar and he said yes but then you can have scar reduction surgery..really think it over ..a D is not too big so I don't think you should consider it now..

There are tons of girls out there who would LOVE to have your breasts...

... however, being large chested myself, I sympathize.

Get a reduction if you want one... simple as that. Breasts are heavy and can cause back problems, plus they're damn near impossible to fit under a button up shirt, so I don't blame you for wanting smaller ones... just think carefully about going under the knife.

Personally? Enjoy them, and be proud you're a part of the very small minority of girls that are thin but sport a great pair.

That's a ridiculous idea. 34D is an average breast size.

The most commonly sold bra size in the UK is 36C, but since most women wear the wrong bra size the actual average breast size is 34D. Why do you want surgery to "correct" normality??

well, any guy who answers this will say no. I'm a girl, and I also say no. Are you considering it because you want to blend in with the crowd? If it wouldn't have been so boring, we would all have been born the same. Don't change your natural figure if you can avoid it. What is considered "too big" is much better than girls with "too small" who end up looking like guys! I know how both feels ok? so just be happy wiht yourself and who you are.

that is solely up to you, not anyone here. I'm sure they are nice, but if they are causing back problems, then it's still up to you.
