That really depends on exactly what you mean I feels better. Let's assume more and stronger orgasms. That would be the women by far. We consider that on a good night a women can have 5, 10 or more orgasms. That sounds like it feels pretty good.

It depends on who's involved. If you have a sexually compatible couple who does everything they can to ensure mutual pleasure, I'd say it's about the same for both. If you have one person who's only interested in pleasing him/herself, then that person will have the most enjoyment. If you have someone who's more interested in pleasing their partner rather than themself, the partner will have greater enjoyment (in a way). Male or female doesn't have anything to do with it. We experience sexual pleasure in different ways that can't really be compared.
