I am a shy type of girl and everyone knows me as a simple (maybe even plain) type of girl...will it be embarrassing especially because according to my classmates they wanted to see me in my gown I mean they are excited to see me in my gown.

My ex broke up with me when I moved away from college and said I need to enjoy my college years (i moved 3 hours away and he is 7 years older). He says he still loves me all the time and that we will get back together and live a beautiful life. How then is he ******* some other girl in the meantime? Its about two weeks since my ex girlfriend said she left me to be with another guy so far she never tells me anything about who this guy is. we have been together for a year and half and was planning to get married, well her email stated she was sorry for everything, she said its not me but her that dont know what she want and she is looking for someone who can show her that. she thank me for being there for her and doing alot for her even though she didn't believe a guy would do that much for her, then at the end of the email she said i and her knew it was not working between us because i had my family back home because im in germany and she lives here and im here till i decide to go. she think i was going to leave her here alone well thats what last part of the email said you will go home and i will have nobody and i will be alone. help me out with this because she wrote this email when i told her i got to go home and clear my mind.

I have trouble getting myself to come forward & actually go out on dates. I am really comfortable around guys until they ask if they can take me out. I will spit out any excuse I can think of to get myself out of having to go. It's not like I am not interested in them, because they are always really sweet & charming. I don't know what I am afraid of or why I am like this. I've had long relationships in the past & never did I have this sort of anxiety before. My last relationship did kind of put me on guard around guys though. I'm wondering if I'm just being picky or if I am developing a problem that could follow me.

well people say that you have to be yourself and well i am a nice and cool person to hang out with and my friends tell me that i got nice personality and pretty far it seems that girls aren't attracted to me cause of my height and my looks and i just tell my self that probally i should give up on girls and love cause i don't have any hope at all.......................

I like this girl. However, since she heard about it, she has been avoiding me ever since. I understand that I cannot expect her to like me in return, but I'd just like to be able to talk to her.

What can I do about this? I understand that "giving up" is a great solution, but is there anything else that could work? Please don't tell me she's not worth it, because she really is a very nice person.

Note: Since this happened, she does not talk to me AT ALL. I am not trying to make her like me, I SIMPLY WOULD LIKE TO BE HER FRIEND.

I have liked a guy for a while, and he told my friend that his parents don't allow him to date so he can't see me (we are at an age when this makes sense). Lately, though, we have been talking more and smiling and glancing at eachother. is this just because he knows I like him or is it possible that he likes me? the thing is he lives in a far town and he only comes for holidays when he's there we are the best of friends or lovers to say but immediately he comes back i only like the first meeting for getting romantic tho not for so long, but he gets aggressive for sex causing a big quarrel that i dont care and all he can think of. the thing is every time he see's me he wants to have sex regardless of where it is.help me guys i'm i the one with a problem or is it that we are not for each other he is always doubtful that i'm cheating with my friends tho he's never wanted to meet any of them.
