My ex broke up with me when I moved away from college and said I need to enjoy my college years (i moved 3 hours away and he is 7 years older). He says he still loves me all the time and that we will get back together and live a beautiful life. How then is he ******* some other girl in the meantime? Can guys get pleasure from a girl when they are in love w/someone else?

He is keeping you on a string in case his current relationship doesn't work out. In other words, you need to find someone else. You are only going to get more frustrated and hurt the longer this goes on.
