This girl in my class always sits next to me and we chat. She always laughs a lot at everything i say. Then yesterday i saw her car in front of me and when the light turned red she proceeded halfway and then stopped to block me from moving further. I was confused and then she told me today she did it just for fun because she knew it was me... Is this some weird way to flirt?

Yep, she's flirting. Even though she's a thoughtless toad for using bad driving as a means to flirt, you're probably stuck with the infatuation for a while. Hopefully she'll grow up a bit and keep her moronic behavior out from behind the wheel of a car.
