Hello Sir,
I wish I could help you, and I will try, first have you thought of trying Yahoo's site called yahoo personals, tell the truth on a simple on-line form, and say what you are looking for, and they will bounce this planet until she is phoning you, and talking to you about meeting up somewhere. Take it easy, no one ever got it together over one phone call, and upload your photo onto the application, you will get far more contacts with your picture on line too. be bright though, a picture from your 21st birthday isn't going to really do it for you is it?
After that for a start, look amongst the people you already know, see someone you like/fancy?? go ahead and ask, you don't have to cook the dinner, grow the flowers, make the chocolate, but if you do it right, you could be making the early morning coffee...
Then there is your local singles column in the newspaper, they all have these columns nowadays, apply, and see what comes of that for you, we are all entitled to a little Love in our lives, and using any or all of the above responsibly you could be married before summer has gone...... Good luck, and happy hunting.............................Tony M

I met my life partner when I was 29. He was a new recruit in the department where I was working and we had joint group meetings. We share a lot of professional and non professional interests (he is also a scientist), but we are quite different in terms of background, culture and unbringing - he is 100% British, although a mutant (I believe), who lived in Britain until I convinced him to move to Austria, whereas I am an Italian with some nomad blood in me, who never stayed in a place long enough to call it home. Meeting your romantic partner at your working place somewhat guarantees that he is going to be a "serious" person - not just out for a laugh. It worked for us, but having so many professional interests is not everybody's cup of tea...
