talk to them for about 10-20min then ask of they want to go out for lunch but the guy should be the one asking lol but if you have to ask just do what I said lol

If you don't now the person, how can you be sure if you give them your selphone number they wouldn't stawlk you. We have very scary people living in our crulle world.
If you really like the person I sugest, go to a public place where there is a lot of people, have coffee and see if you can trust them.
In conection with asking the person on a date: Just walk up to teh person and tell him you want to get to now him better and when is he avalable for coffee.

first of all if you r a girl i don't think u have anuthing to be nervous about, cause guys never say no (we are such sweethearts u see).Just start with introducing ur self and try to induldge in a casual conversation and bye d end of d day he will be the one asking for ur number.
