Not in exactly the same way but something very similar. I was alone in my bed and dreamed I had defeated an enemy then got was was very similar to an orgasm and just as strong and pleasurable as a very strong one (I am female) except most of it was concentrated in a pleasurable shooting sensation up my spine - when this near-orgasmic sensation peaked it caused me to wake up. It hasn't happened to me. But during your REM cycle of sleep, you can become excited without any outside stimuli...it's the same concept as guys getting "wood" is their sleep.
