Go for it thats what I hope the girl I like does is ask me out cause Im scared of girls I like, so scared I shake so much by the near encounter of them that Im still shaking at the end of the day plus I get butterflies.

I'd say if the guy seems timid then go for it, cuz when i first started the dating seen i thot hey the girl would ask me out, but of course now that i got the guts it hurts my pride when a girl asks first, cuz i wasn't confident enough to ask first, but of course since its love i'm not gonna reject it just cuz i didn't propose it =D

if your comfy in doing so ask him. Your asking him to lunch or going to ask him to be ur bf at lunch? Either way, again whatever you feel comfy in doing. You can't control how he is going to feel, but whats the worst that could happen? I don't think the risk is that great at all.

some guys like it, but in the long run its better to just hint and let him ask you. Guys like it when they go after a girl, its in their nature. But you might bring up subjects of things like what kind of food you like for lunch and see if he offers to have lunch with you. You could ask him, but don't forget whoever asks is usually who has to pay. Its better to have him treat you and ask you.

I like when women do this it shows that she isn't afraid to go after what she wants. That coupled with the confidence involved can be really sexy. There is nothing wrong with a woman taking the initiative in this type of scenario.

Yes, cuz the guy might like u back but he doesnt know how to ask.makes his job alot easier. Anytime aslong as not in a fight.

It is kind of awkward. But it shows confidence and that is a good thing. He would probably accept because if he doesnt he will look weak in front of his guy friends.
