and i dont like it at all
but he's so popular
i dont know if anybody'll believe me.
could i get him into trouble
for sexual harrassment?

I have been 'seeing' this girl for a couple of months...(We'll call her Thuy)...

For the record, I am African-American and she is Vietnamese-American...a manager at a Vietnamese sandwich shop.

She has recently started opening up to me, and her sister jokes with me each time I visit their restaurant. (One time, her sister said via a translator--another friend that frequents the restaurant).

A frequent customer (also Vietnamese) mentioned out loud to me about a month ago, 'She likes you!'

Since the girl I'm interested in works daily 6am-8pm, I haven't taken her out, but somehow I feel there is a mutual interest.

Her father and mother know who I am, and her mother tried to confer with me in Vietnamese. (I am learning Vietnamese with the 'love letters' I give to the girl, as she can't understand the letters in English).

A 'girlfriend' of Thuy told me to ask Thuy when I come into the restaurant, to ask for help with my Vietnamese, so I can learn.

Abt a year ago I got into a relationship with a guy that I guess I didn't know well enough. Anyway, we dated for about 3 months and we became really close. I went out of town for a week, and apparently he started talking to another girl while i was gone. I don't really know details but, from what I was told he went over her house to spend time with her and had been caught kissing her. When I asked him about he said he got caught up in a situation, but he swears he didn't cheat on me while we were together. Once I found out, we broke up and he dated her for about a month or so. It's been about 7 months since then. He's says he didn't want to hurt me and regrets it and wants to be with me again. He never apologized and he never admitted to doing anything while we were together. Though it's was only 3 months I really do care about him and am curious to see what are relationship can build into. But then again I'm young and I know there are other opportunities. Any suggestions?

OKAY.. here is how hes acting..
1. hidding his phone from me and WONT let me get ahold of it.
2. telling me that hes at one place but is on the other side of the county
3. i stopped by his house and he accused me of sneaking up on him because i didnt call and accused me of "trying to catch him or something"
4. really angry compared to being loving and caring
5. rarely picks up the phone
6. i can call him but i cant alert him so hes on the phone at midnight with someone else...

Hes making me cry everyday and he just doesnt care. I talked to his dad and hes trying to tell me to give him his space and when i talked to by bf, he said he doesnt want space. He says that when we have sex, its the only time we are close together, which broke my heart and makes me seem like a sex slave. 2 year relationship down the drains or should i fight to stay together? I need help!

Me and my bf broke up three months ago. I got sick of his crap and left. Found myself a place , with little money and had to endure not having a bed for over a month. I ate little food and often took food from my gradmothers cabinets to get by. After a month my bf said that he realized that he did somethings wrong and that he was going to work on them, I decided to give him and I another try because he is not a bad guy and has many good qualities. But now that we are back together the same problems are occuring. I don't know what to do. On one hand he is a good guy , but on the other I am not very happy. I am happy at times, but not mostly. We fight over silly things, and I think it's mainly because he hates his job so he comes home and takes it out on me. I am crying too much, but he says that I need to get over silly things and let go, how long should I let go? Or am I overreactiong? What makes a good relationship?I'm lost on what to do.

I don't understand what is wrong with me. Especially when it comes to women. In this field I am only greet with defeat, I know it is kind of odd, but I even keep track of all the no's, and I am past my own age with rejections. I don't give up, but it keeps getting harder. I'll be honest, I am in my early to mid 20's, and have yet to go out on a single date, not to mention receive a first kiss, a hug, or any other kind of affection from the opposite sex. I have literally tried everything, going to clubs/bars, speed dating, the online thing, school, and the list is almost endless. I even went to two separate dating/relationship counselors. I try, but I was meant to be alone or not count. Yeah the gods are on a role. They must be playing another round of "Can you top this?" So I am asking you guys, what is wrong with me. What am I doing wrong? I am ready to throw in the towel.

Hey, ok I am a freshman in college and the other week I took this sophomore girl out to dinner. While we ate she asked if I would ever date a non sorority girl since I am in a fraternity and etc she also asked how many girlfriends I had had thus far in school etc. Then today I asked if she wanted to meet up and she said yes but she then texted me again and she seemed a little upset that I had asked her friend if I should ask her out again, that next time just ask her. What kind of things should I be picking up here. Thanks ..Also I asked her if she was doing anything for valentines and she was like i think i may have to study etc. Ive taken her out twice isn 4 days.

I haven't seen this guy for about 4 to 5 years. And out of the blue he told me he was single, had a good job, and didn't have any children. I didn't know how to respond because I didn't know if he was just telling because we haven't seen each other or he was interested in me. I am kind of shy so it could have been me. Well anyway after that little encounter, he hasn't spoken to me, and he dodges me in the same room. So I am so confused, because I don't understand what to do. Ok over the weekend she tells me she loves me more than anything but its not enough to keep her hanging on in a long distance relationship. Then two hours later tell me she changed her mind and can wait till aug when I'm closer. But tonight she tells me she cant take not being near me anymore so she ended it for good. Ok I am a 17 year old male that didn't go to my Junior prom because my prom date never returned my calls. My prom date was in college in the same town I am from. I graduated mid-term and dont have a prom date. I might be going with a co-workers daughter. The co-workers daughter use to be good friends. I really like her. I gave her mom my cell phone number and am hoping to get a call from her so I dont miss out on my senior prom. Even if she doesn't call should I go alone.
