If your telling him to Stop & he's not Then by All means Tell the Nurse or a Counselor or someone you Trust. Yes there is a chance that he might stir up trouble, but my dear - Trust me you'd rather be embarrassed and have him know the TRUTH with Adult Knowledge, than be cornered in a Deeply bad situation down the line you will regret.

Never, NEVER let anyone do something you Don't want - regardless their reaction.

yes he would get in trouble for sexual harrassment. Most schools treat it very seriously, but of course since he is popular it is also very possible that no one will believe you. I would talk to a teacher who you trust. One that wouldn't care how popular he is.

well techinically it is sexual harrassment. IF you have clearly stated that you dont like it and he still continues its sexual harrassment. depending on your age i would talk it over with your parents and try and get a wittness to the incident. this way your story is rock solid.

You need to tell someone or scream the next time he does it so that every one looks at you both.
He shouldn't do it again after that, he will know that he can't take advantage of you just cos he is popular

you should tell someone what is going on. it really is about
how popular he is, what he is doing is wrong. talk to your
parents first, that should stop this.
