this guy in my class stared at me really hard the first day and acted very interested in me. the next day, he glanced at me and ignored me. should I make a move to sit next to him in class or wait til he sit next to me since guys love what they can't have. plus, his friend is in the class and watches our every move and reports back to him

sounds like the guy is playing games- ya, go hard and tell him to lay off(if you are not interested in him)
