Well if this makes you snap out of it, think of how many other people had it bad like you and even worse. So your not alone, and besides life isn't all about love love love, and oh my gosh, she broke up with me I'm gonna sit in my room and peanut butter and listen to sad songs.....go and find things to do beyond that without thinking about your past, instead think of your future.

Obviously you loved this girl alot there's no doubt about that! It's good that you feel the pain because you are human and will feel more than just that ,just keep living. You move on by opening the curtains in your room play normal music.I don't know why people when they break up out of relationships they listen to slow depressing music, which makes them even more depressed and that type of music is not helping you cope with what you're dealing with.Go out meet new people have fun, don't be sloppy but enjoy yourself.Because i guarantee that she is not sitting in her room listening to old sob songs .Get out the bed take a nice warm shower put on a pair of our favorite pair of jeans and shirt and go out .

I am sorry your girlfriend broke up with you. I need to tell you that you are not the only guy who has been dropped. Everyone has at one time or the other. It HURTS, I realize that. First, I think I'd learn either how to spell or use spell check! Next, call some friends, they know your hurting, ask if anything is going on, you want to get out of your room. Take responsibility for going on with your life. Sign up for a class your interested in, Take up a hobby, get your hair cut, buy some new clothes. If none of this works, see your family doctor about getting an antidepressant. Life goes on, sometimes it hurts for all of us, but you need to pick yourself up and go on!!

Well, you've done your pitty party which I think is actually a necessary part of getting over someone and moving on. Now, go out with friends or just go out in public somewhere, anywhere. Maybe buy some new clothes, get a new hair cut or just spend a little money on anything that makes you happy. If you have trouble meeting people, go to a dating website, you can spend all day & night chatting and emailing girls and then you go meet them. It'll keep you as busy as you want to be.

Let me think may just take a fresh bath and go out for a movie.
Do not go to some bar becoz my bring her memories back.
you can play some motivational or some hardcore rock music which has not love content in it.
Or spend time with friend.
Or find a work. But a find work which would keep ur mind busy on that work do not find some dumb work.

Get out in the sun. It really helps. Volunteer to do something that helps someone less fortunate. Write a thank you note to the girl for dumping you. You don't have to send it, but it will help you move on. List all the good things. Your surprise at the break-up, but your realization that "It was better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all."

I have had this experiance too.The first step is to sit down and stop thinking. Just meditate. Relax. I love peanut butter too but try eating exotic foods instead! It make u want to go out and try something new.

the fact that you know that you are sick of being sick and tired
it a good step, it hard to let go when you lose someone that you
cared for,but just like that time will heal all wounds, time to
take a step out in the sunshine and see that there is beauty
out there just waiting for you, time to get back in the game.
you wont find your soul mate by senting at home.

Hang out with ur mates and do stuff u enjoy doin to keep u busy. If ya just sit arounf doin nuthin u will think bout her and get depressed so keep as busy as possible. It gets easier with time, i know from experience, i still hurt a bit but nowhere near as much as when i broke up with my bf.
