Singles & Dating - 1 February 2007

I got together with another guy and had a great night. It was really late, and no one was there. We were there for awhile and kissed. Nothing more happened though. It was weird cuz the entire time, we barely spoke. However, when we got in the car, he told me that I SHOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT because I had a boyfriend (he won't let me break up with him, that's a different story...). The next day, we were texting, then he tells me that it was a great night, but he just wants to be friends, and nothing more. But today, at lunch, it might've been just to spite me, but he was talking to his friend about how he was going somewhere with some girl. THEN, just to see what he'd do, I mentioned a guy that I missed and wanted to talk to. He looked sad and asked "What about me?" Then he attempted to do footsie and look at me alot.. So does he like me? I'm willing to have more nights like that with no strings attatched, because he's said he doesn't want a gf. What's up with him? Help pleaseee.

A woman goes away on holidays to Cuba and there she meets a Cuban stud, they begin to chat, to dance and they end up bumping in bed. Afterwards, the woman asks the Cuban stud for his name.

Thus they continue the 15 days of vacation: dance, mojitos and "doing it" every chance they got.
In the eve of the return, she insists on asking his name, and finally she convinces to him.

When hearing that, the woman begins to Laugh.

- You see? I told you that everyone laughs at my name, you are just like everyone else

- No, I am not laughing at you, I am just imagining my husband’s face when I tell him that I had 10 inches of snow during my 15 days in Cuba.

ok.so here's the problem.last november,i told this guy i like at college how i felt abt him & he replied with a "i would have said yes,but i'm not looking for a relationship right now.but we can still be friends".now it's february,valentine's day is fast approaching,& i still like him.we don't talk much,mostly because we don't have any classes together & don't meet each other much except at school.plus it's his b'day 5 days after valentine's day.

the question is:
1)should i send him a rose through our school valentine's day program or not?
2)i'm planning to give him a card i made myself for his b'day.is this wise?

I've liked a guy for 2 years, we've been best friends for a long time. One day he told me that he was going to ask someone out to a dance. Since I know him better then anyone, I had high hopes. Then he asked my best friend out, and I've been faking that I've been happy for him in front of everyone. I want to be happy for him, but I can't help but be jealous. My best friend is thrilled and won't stop talking about it(making it worse). I now hear it's getting serious between them. I'm stuck, and I'm feel so angry about it inside. What can I do? Leave it alone, or do something?

My bf and I broke up (I dumped him)because he was a liar and he was broke all the time. Now he says he only used me for sex and never wanted to marry me or have kids blah blah basically taking back everything he had ever told me while we were together. I said a lot of mean things to him (calling him a loser) but he threw it right back at me. Is he just saying this now to cover up his own hurt feelings? I am so angry and frustrated and hurt I feel like I am losing my mind.

So, I have a twin brother and we have always been close, no matter who we were dating at the time. He started dating someone I went to highschool. She is crazy! and I mean that bad kind of crazy. She has to take meds to control her issues. My boyfriend and I went on vaction with them this summer and lets just say, it was horrible. She had a break down, where my brother had to throw her in the shower to calm her down. She tells him what to do all the time. For example we have an older brother and him and his wife are moving this weekend; we are helping. She told him that he couldn't go, cause she didn't want to go. She doesn't agree with what he wants in life. He used to call me all the time and now I'm lucky to see or hear from him. I have tried talking to him and it doesnt work. I am afaird that she is going to turn him into someone he doesn't want to be. An end note is that we got into a huge fight and we are no longer a speaking terms. what do do I dont want to lose my bro!

there is this older women who will do anything to keep this man , if she could have a child by him she would, anyways now that he is locked up she claims that he has been calling her and he offered to marry her and everything. I haven't heard from him at all. His friend is moving in his apt until he gets out and the women claims she has the key and when she gets a key made she will give it to him. I don't think she has the key and I don't think he has been calling her everynight, but my things is I do believe that he has asked her to send him some money , becasue she took care of him when he was out. Me and my boyfriend have only been together a few months now. But have been friends for over 11 years now. So entering into this relationship I was pretty excited. I still am excited and care for him a lot. Anyway, I never noticed how opposite we were until we became a couple. I'm sensitive and emotional and think with my heart, he's rough, unemotional and thinks logically. We've had quite a few fights over simply misunderstanding each other.
I love being complimented by my significant other, praised with love and affection and other endearing physcial/verbal displays. I'm not talking anything material.. it's all emotions. He almost NEVER compliments me. I think I've managed to squeeze one or two out him. I get my hair done = nothing, I get dressed up = nothing, I do something that I know he likes = nothing. I really am feeling deprived. I'm such an emotionally sensitive person that I really love these things. When I told him this, he called me spoiled by others. What can I do?

My ex broke up with me a few months ago. I love her more than life itself and I know she loves me. We had some troubles and she just could not take it any more. I've been with a couple of girls since then, I even have a new GF. The girl is great! And I would never want to hurt her but I'm just not in love with her! I agreed to be with her one night I was quite drunk and mad at the world so I just wanted to show the whole world I can live without my ex. Now my ex has told me she made a mistake and that she wants to be with me again, she told me that she loves me, that the break up was a mistake! I'm 90% sure that she will hurt me again, but I love her, and I'm in love with her. It has not been a day that I did not think about her, and there's not been a day that I was really happy since we broke up! I'm not in love wiith my present GF even if she is great ( I even avoid sex as much as I can) and I know that would be the case with any other girl. What to do? P.S. sorry for my bad english

i was dumped with these words and they played in my head for weeks,my boyfriend wouldn't talk to me, then he told me he was deeply sorry then he stoped talking to me for 4 days then asked again for forgiveness saying he loved me then 2 days later he told me on msn he didn't feel the same anymore. what happened? how can you love someone one minute and not the next? he was the one who chased me,even his friends told me i was too good for him. its been 2 months and i haven't heard from him but the whole thing has left me confused i know he had family issues but i still don't understand, have you ever been dumped this way? or have you dumped someone with theses words? what happend why did you not feel the same??bored? person had changed?
