I like this guy alot, ive liked him for 1 1/2 years! but i hardly even talk to him!! i really want to talk to him more, but im just not sure what to say. he's in one of my classes, so that helps a little bit. I see him staring at me all the time, and he's really obvious about it, does that mean he likes me? plz help me!

There is this guy that i like at school that I want to ask out really bad. I am too scared to go up to him and just say
WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME?
That probably won't do anything but scare him off. I have never dated anybody before and everytime I ask somebody I get turned down.
On occasion, I may see him in the hall. My friend told me that he told her that he thinks I'm pretty. I don't know what to do here. I can't just let this one slide b/c next year when he goes to a different high school than me I won't see him ever again.
I just don't know what to do.

I have been talking to this guy for a couple of months and we really like each other but he recently told me he "has a girl" only "he doesn't love her like he loves me," yet he's still with her. (Bastard...lol. sorry) B/c of this, I started talking to a guy who really seems to like me & I like him, but I still cannot keep the other person off my mind. I don't like being a girl on the side; I want to be a guy's main & ONLY girl. I think I should let the first guy go but I CANNOT stop thinking about him. Does anyone have any good advice? I have turn downed tons of guys, from the hot jock to the dorky nerd. And for the guys I do say yes to, i end up dumping them after a month or so. It's not that I find something wrong with each of them, its just that I don't feel comfortable being with them. Is this like a commitment problem or something? Im a senior in high school and I was wondering if there will ever be that right guy out there for me that I can feel comfortable around.

and we are always silent even over the phone i asked him it i was boring he says no and i do believe him caused i come up with a lot of ideas to talk about. He is not a talkative person. Can you get me some ideas or even as long as a list of things to talk about. I very long listed, he stills likes me and that is not one of my problems with him ......thanks to all.

I am 34 years old, divorced for 6 years, and live near Jacksonville, FL. I have dated here and there in the past years, but I've not met Ms. Right yet.

I just want to get more of an understanding why men feel the need to torture their girlfriends for months about getting engaged? I could see making a comment once or twice to see her reaction, just to confirm if she'd say yes, but to do it, just for fun, it's just wrong. Especially if he isn't planning on proposing for many months. I know I am not the only going through this, so I know there are many men out there that enjoy to torture their girlfriends for months and some even years. And then when we complain about, even is in our face that we are pressuring them, when all we want them to do is stop bringing it up and just do it when they are ready. I feel it sort of ruins the whole romance. I mean when my parents got engaged, my father didn't torture my mom, instead, when he felt it was right, he just proposed to her and she was totally surprised. How romantic is that!!!

I have two good friends that are very close to me and I see them as sisters. One of them have been dating this guy who seems to really like her but have a past with cheating. So anyways my other friend approaches me and tells me that she heard our friends boyfriend plans on cheating on her. She doesnt want me to say anything to her and made me promise. I promised because I didnt know what she was talking about at first. Now that I know, I feel really bad bc she doesnt deserve any of this and I am put in the middle of it, bc if I keep my mouth shut than I have to see her get hurt "possibly" and if I open my mouth than I will just be a ***** to the other one..I know its childish believe me but nowadays girls are soo sensitive and find any reason to be mad. I just dont want to upset anyone.

I have had feeling for this guy that i am dating for five years but every time it gets to get realy serious i runaway and then that hurts him and now that i am ready to be with him for ever he is afraid that i am going to screw him over but i am done with all of that i just want to be with him and i want it to be just me and him and i am afraid that he is seeing some other girl and she is going to take him away from me just because i won't have sex with him and i have told him that i want to just not now i want to wait and i keep telling him over and over that i will not screw him over again and i will do anything to make him happy but i really don't know what else to do to get him to believe me when i say that i am not going to screw him over again because i have found myself in love with him
