I have two good friends that are very close to me and I see them as sisters. One of them have been dating this guy who seems to really like her but have a past with cheating. So anyways my other friend approaches me and tells me that she heard our friends boyfriend plans on cheating on her. She doesnt want me to say anything to her and made me promise. I promised because I didnt know what she was talking about at first. Now that I know, I feel really bad bc she doesnt deserve any of this and I am put in the middle of it, bc if I keep my mouth shut than I have to see her get hurt "possibly" and if I open my mouth than I will just be a ***** to the other one..I know its childish believe me but nowadays girls are soo sensitive and find any reason to be mad. I just dont want to upset anyone.

talk to the friend who told you this explain that you think its unfair for the other one not to know what might happen to her tell her that your other friend is also her friend and friends should stick together,ask her how she would feel if she was the one who would be cheated on and her friends don't tell her.try and talk her into agreeing with you that it is the best thing to tell your other friend

don't say anything. I know it's hard to see friends get hurt, but you saying something off of a rumor will be much more hurtful if it's not true. And the girl that "might" get cheated on will resent you. Sounds illogical, but she'll look at you like you broke them up. LEt her make that decision. So let things happen and stay out of it. And be there for your friend if he does cheat on her.

Get used to it life only gets more difficult dealing with women as they get older. Do what makes you feel best in the given situation.

you really need to tell her. yes, it will hurt her, but she deserves to know!! think about it, if your bf was cheating on you, wouldnt you want to know?
