Maybe you haven't been on the date, but you read about it and want to try it out.
Maybe someone else had that type of date, and you thought it was ultra-cool.

My first date with my beautiful wife. We went out dancing and when I opened the door to help her out holding her in my arms we held and kissed one another & somehow we knew we made eachother complete!

The date wasn't really a date, but a lunch visit. I went in and sat across from a guy I'd been secretly in love with for quite some time. We were friends, so I finally said, "Can I tell you something bold?" He said,"Yes". So I said, "I've been in love with you for 2 years. It kills me every time I see you go on a date with someone. My heart breaks. Is there any chance you'd consider dating me?"

To my surprise, he said absolutely. Then we kissed for about 45 minutes. Needless to say I had to drive back to work, but the dinner conversation that night was incredible. I'll never forget it. 2 years later, we were married.

Just goes to show, it's not the date that's important, but the passion behind it. Best thing I ever did for myself.

Nobody has ever been as original as I would like. Things like picnics, or daytrips, museums etc. But no.
