My limit is 27-28 years old. How should I go about attracting them and "getting" them.

Have a lot of money, a good job, and your life already progressing. Women in this age group have already been through the majority of their immaturity, and are looking for someone stable. If you want to date someone like this, you need to have your life well in order.

Bars. Don't be too picky. Once again, money and stability count in this age group, but so does confidence and level of intoxication - be socially drunk, but not hammered. Find someone to talk to who is in a similar condition, and let your personality do the rest.

3. Suggestion:

Don't limit your age group to 27-28. Its too narrow. I would actually suggest bumping that 28 up to 31. If you are strictly looking for sex, go to a singles bar and let an older (35-45ish) lady take you home. You won't regret it.
