anybody else feel that valentines day is too over rated?? stupid infact. chocolates and flowers and being spoiled etc..omg get over it it's just another day and there is no need for it to be marked as "the most sweetest day of the yr"

Yes all it is for is the candy company. I rather have small v-day something cheap and save the money for a few other dates. Mom of 5 I don't ever get out and even though I tell my husband that he still don't get it! hmmm.

I hate it. Absolutely loathe it. I'm making a pact with myself that I will not get anyone anything or tell anyone "happy valentines day" even if they tell me that. If anyone gives me a hug I'm tempted to not return it. I'm a 15 year old guy.

I used to, when I didn't have a bloke.
As soon as you're hooked up with someone though, it gets a bit more special. It's sad really, but I love valantines day.

i feel the same way! i mean it fun when you're a little kid and you make valentines for your friends, but once your older, its just like, well this SUCKS im alone. and the whole world loves to rub it in your face!
