i asked this dude to come skating with me and my friends, and he was like "i dont really want to go..." and i thought "HOW RUDE...?" and i really like this dude, so how do i handle? it means that he doesnt think we're cool and stuff and he dont like me!

I'm inlove w/ my bestfriend but he says he's inlove w/ a girl he's been with for like.. 3 weeks. We did go out at one time, but we hadn't broken the just friend thing. I wish we could try it again and everytime I see him and his girlfriend together it just kills me. What should I do?

I've been in a long distance relationship for 2 years. When my boyfriend and I met he had just (1 year earlier) come out of a nine year relationship. His ex left him for his best friend and they are now married he's still bitter.

Our relationship has gone well, no fights, love eachother, respect eachother and give freedom. We've taken things slow, easy going. He asked me about moving closer to him about 6 months ago. Then I decided I was going to make the move, because we both wanted it. We aren't going to live together until we get used to living close.

All of a sudden he's freaking out, not sure if is what he wants but last month he said he needed me to move there and be closer to him. I'm ready to move in 4 months, have a great opportunity there. I don't know what to do? I don't want marriage, I haven't pressured him about living together, I just want to be closer, he knows this!

I don't understand why he's freaking out, what changed? Anyone have advice.... Guys??? Help!

I feel that if two people are meant to be together that they will want the same thing, its been five years and I am well over wanting a proposal, he "says" he wants to marry me, well in so many words he says who says I don't want to marry you?? i never said I don't want to or it won't happen, but im going to do it my way, in my timing. So I just feel if we were really soulmates, he wouldn't be giving me resistence..........what do you think?

I don't really know him at all. Infact, I've never said a word to him.

He used to make eye contact/stare a lot ( 6 whole months) untill two weeks ago, when I started looking back a little more.

i know my question doesnt make much sense but I remember seeing guys complain about how the girl constantly needs attetion and the guy wont give it or how the guys play videogames all day and stuff like that. Now Im not saying EVERYbody turns out like that but marriages dont last that long anymore and sometimes I feel like when your in a serious realtionship or in a marriage, you almost have to learn to be single again to give the other person space. When your a teenager your rebellious with your parents and as you get older you go through so many different stages...why does everybody have the same problems even when you dont want to? Or just why do you become sombody you dont want to be?

I am 14 and in a little bit of a loop or knot in my life. I have pretty low self esteem and i need some help. well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and turns away when i look. did she say no to hide that she liked me? also i got a friend to talk to her and she said she wanted to talk to me. then my friend called her while i was on the third line and my friend asked why she keeps looking at me during class and she said just to see what hes doing. then she kept going about the things she liked about me and then my friend asked do you like him and she said she'll tell him at school then they talked at school the next day and she does like me. i'm kinda confused now. i also noticed shes been trying to talk to me but is too shy. i'm just not sure what to think anymore. should talk to her?

See, i like this girl, a lot,, who likes another guy i know, we're neigbours, and I dated he a few years ago, and all was cool, but i freeze up when i talk to her. You wouldn't exacly call her prepy, but last year i liked a prep, i bought the prep ice cream, and flattered her. I left the girl i now like in the shadows. Now i feel like she hates me. i'm grounded from sex from my bf. my birth control ran out this week and i can't get a new perscription til the beginning of febuary. my bf won't wear a condom because he doesn't like how they feel. we are both clean of stds we got tested the same day. so now because he won't wear one i have to suffer from not having sex with him. it's so not fair to me. opinions? am i being selfish? i just want to feel the passion with him you know? i mean we have sex like every night and now not since monday... i dun like it.

I fell in love with this guy. We were very close (went out once but it didn't work out because he had issues he needed to straighten out first) After the first date didn't work we still talked and had a close friendship sometimes chatting 6-7 hours each night. He worked on his issues and the possibility of another try at a relationship came up but his response was always maybe (I didn't know this but at the time his father was battling cancer). His father sadly died and I sent him a card and offered to be there for him. He did not accept my offer went a found another girl (Amy). I sent him a letter expressing my true feelings. 4 days after he recieved the letter he ims me and says you must be happy Amy left me and he signed off not giving me a chance to talk to him. Next day I talk to him and I said why should I be happy she left you it is not like you are coming back to me and then I said to him I am no one's backup.
