Been dating this guy and all of a sudden things started to seem different and he left to go to away for a week. He didn't call and I didn't call him either. Then I get this email from him after I emailed to talk to him about some mutual business information. I need someone's opinion on the email. Maybe you could possibly tell me what he is really trying to say. my email address is mymohum1969@yahoo.com I could send you the email to read.

Everything kinda seemed like it was on fast forward. The first conversation, the first date, the first kiss, revealing that we had "never felt this way before." I think there was real potential, but when two people barely know each other, a little mistake isn't easily forgiven. It's not like a relationship where people really know each other and can deal with the fact that nobody is perfect. So again, my question is, how can two people who dove into a potential relationship start over when things don't go as planned. Maybe a relationship was never meant to be, and if that's the case, then fair enough. But what if there was true potential, then what should they do?

Women as a whole will typically want these things out of a guy. But depending on her personality, these traits are more or less appealing.

1. Women want us to challenge them, there has to be some sort of game, a little cat and mouse to win her trust and respect.

2. Women want to be able to depend on us, we have to prove we are strong, confident and show no signs of weakness.

3. Women want a guy with an outgoing personality, a guy who can make her laugh and smile will win her heart every time.

4. Women want to be cared for, they want our attention they want us to show that we are attracted to them by holding them and kissing them.

5. Women have to be at least somewhat physically attracted to us, personality can only go so far.

And finally, before all that can be met in order to ask one out you have to show confidence in your body language, tone of voice and expression above all else.

This is my compiled understanding of women thus far. Agree or disagree? Why?

My bf is acting weird lately. He is very rarely affectionate and when I try to be affectionate towards him he behaves as though I am bothering him. When I get home in the evenings he doesn't even greet me cheerily. I always feel like I am being ignored and when I ask him what the problem is he just sits there and doesn't respond. he literally pretends as though I am not there. Sometimes I feel like he has mood swings and it is driving me nuts. I wanted to watch a DVD that he rented and watched already and just as I was about to begin watching it he came in the living room and asked if I was going to finish watching the movie. I told him yes and he said he would take the other one back if I don't want to watch it. Then he added a snotty remark that he is gonna be sure to take it back to the video store because I would not drive around and do it for anybody else. He then took up the DVD and walked out the door without saying anything else. Is this it for us?

The way they talk, the way they smile, the way they walk, even the way they look when they are angry

There was enough room on the other side of me, but when she walked in, she kinda rubbed against me. My arm touched her hair and it was kinda weird. What are the possibilities? She also talks to me about little things a lot.

Please help!!

we saw each other once in my father's office. He was sitting there talking work with my father. Then I came in talked to father & that guy could not keep his eyes off me, even in my father's presence! then my father introduced us & we exchanged casual hello and made eye contact then I went out.. after that I start hearing about a guy that is asking my friends and co-workers what do I do, thing I like, my address, etc..! I never knew who it was.. a week after I find this HUGE wrapped with flowers chocolate box in my room on the first day of 2007! "BTW i'm a chocoholic" & asked me on a date (4 Feb) on the card.
Should I be expecting a gift on valentine's even if we just meet 10 days before valentine's day?
I don't want him to give me a gift then I give him nothing.. or the other way around.. it will be kind of rude/weird.. (p.s. we will not have a date on v.day since I will be busy, but he might send something then I will feel bad!!)
should I be prepared & send a gift on v.day?

I've been in a relationship for about a year or so. A few months back he proposed to me. I said yes. The relationship started great as any new relationship. We have similar likes, but the hardest part has been trying to adapt to his ways. He is the conservative type, i'm more liberal. Unfortunately, this has caused strain in our relationship because we view things differently. I've come to the conclusion that he's just afraid of not being in control. I've recently asked for some time to think about our relationship. I'm not sure if I would be able to conform to his ways as I am a very independent woman. I've tried talking to him about it, he'll recognize it for a few days and then go back to his ways. I miss him dearly!! But I don't want to get moved by that feeling and go back where we left off. I know that you can't change a person. Quite frankly it would be tiredsome in the long run if I would even attempt that challenge.

Well there is this guy i like at my church in the youth group. When we all sit down in the room he'll look at me and we will make eye contact for a sec and then he'll look away, and he does that over and over till class ends... And when he does something funny he always looks at me to see if im laughing or something. He acts all nervous when around me or talking to me. Are his signals good or bad? Do you think he likes me back?

I have been with my bf nearly 4 months now and we both seem to say that we love each other loads through out every day, im starting to think that i just say it now because i know its what he wants to hear.

Can you say it too much? I do love him with all my heart, but does he need to hear it more than 20 times a day???

What do you think?

Be honost please,

I know a woman who is recently divorced, she is very good-hearted. However, her marriage was really hard on her & she went from being a very good-looking lady to a very heavy woman that didn't think very much of herself. She finally has let go of the past & is turning into a positive happy person again. She is working on her weight, but still doesn't believe any man would possibly be attracted to her. She met a man who flirts with her, & she'd like to go out for drinks sometime with him, but she is afraid to make the first move. I tell her go ahead ask him out, but she thinks that his flirting is just him being nice to the fat lady. I think she's just afraid to get hurt again, but she is doing such a great job of losing the bitterness & being genuinely happy, I want her to have fun. Would asking him out just be setting herself up to get burned? or am I wrong & there are guys out there that would overlook her weight?
