Personally, i think that it is never to late to call someone.

Depends on the girl. If you went out with her before and had a terrible break up...Then probably not...But if she was a really good friend....Then I'm sure you guys have alot to catch up on....And I would suggest that if you want to call her...Don't wait around another year....

It all depends on how you last parted. If you ended on bad terms because you were a jerk to her, then answer would be no, at least that is my personal opinion. If you just sort of grew apart, or else ended on a nice note then call her.
