Let me just throw something really crazy out there.... do something that includes your parents. Not something where they just act as drivers to take you somewhere and pay for something... literally INCLUDE them on the visit... You will earn some freedom for later and their respect for letting them get to know him too. Trust me they won't want to stay the whole time... just long enough to be comofortable with him and you. Of course if you are really lucky you guys will all enjoy hanging out together...
If you can get the game Catch Phrase. It is about $15 bucks and totally fun. If that isn't your thing then consider a movie, but remember when watching a movie or TV you aren't getting to know each other... you are just sitting there (hopefully) but there isn't any talking so how will you know if you get along... or even like the same things...
Try to include your parents in this... avoid future problems by learning what they expect and they can learn how they really can trust you and your judgement.
As for the activity try to find a game or something and include them... after a little while they will let you two hang out...

Involve your parents, trust me, they will totally chill out once they see you're a responsible girl.
Get a board game out or some game you can all play together, one that will get some laughs from everyone. The one were you draw pictures and guess what it is...(forgot name of it) is always a ton of fun.
Watch a movie, Eat pizza or order some chinese food.
Get out your favorite CD's and listen to tunes together...
There are lots of things you can do.
Just remember to have a good time and don't worry about what he thinks. He's only a guy : P They'll be more where that came from. Trust me. *wink*

Well!? You all could try watching a movie together! Wouldn't that be all peaches and cream and stuff?! At 14, dear, there really isn't much you can do with super nosy parents around. So chill out and just pop in a DVD and let the night figure itself out.

You guys could cook something together and eat it watching a funny movie. If your parents are a little overprotective, make sure that you don't try to keep your boyfriend away from them. Let them talk to him and ask him questions so they can get it out of their systems. If he cares about you, he will do the best he can to make a good impression.

You can get a movie that is a FunnY* movie dvd*...watch that together, or play a board game that's fun*, listen to music...find out what kind of music he likes...see if you can go skating....or toboggoning/sledding on nearby hills(if you live where there's snow, we have lots here if you want some) lol.
As your parents to PLEASE not embarrass you by asking him tons of questions* Not to make a big deal of him coming over. It's going to feel awkward for him to begin with as it would for you if you had to go to his place and talk with his parents who will have alot of questions for you*~ Just take it easy......do stuff you both enjoy doing...

Go out to the cinema or/and get a bit to eat. They seem like the most common options. If you don't see him often I think its best to ensure that your date is memorable, so think creatively and consider what he likes to do but also what you can do together.
