the guy I like has not asked me out, he still likes me and i to him. But he won't ask me out!!!! I said he would when he felt ready. that was 4 months ago..... i'm ready to give up and try to forget him. though i still like him what should I do?!?!?!?!

I am a very busy single mother who works full time plus goes to school full time. My kids are good kids but could use some more structuresuch as cleaning up after themselves My boyfriend thinks they could use A LOT of help in regards to disaplin, rules, responsibilities. We have had a few fights over it. I can understand his point of view because he came from a home where things were in order. I came from a home where.everyone is laid back..not a lot of rules and responsibilities and hey.. I turned out ok. He has yelled at my kids a couple of time for them getting wild or fighting. We fought over this and broke up. Then talked about it, he apologized and we got back together. He said he would not ever yell at them again.He has made a few coments to me such as they cant help it they were never taught any better.This hurts my feelings but he isn’t meaning to hurt me when he says it. Last week, he left when I really needed his help with something. I felt like he didn’t have my back.With this and the other stuff, I broke up with him. Am I expecting too much out of this man who is not used to being around kids?

I am in love with my PT teacher. First I thought that it was just a crush. But slowly I am getting serious into the matter. I am gal of 17 an he is 23 yrs old. He also looks at me and stares for long time. He smiles at me whenever our eyes get in each other's. I am thinking about this thing a lot. I don't know what to do. I am really serious abt this. i liked him and i told him after liking him for awhile and then he asked the girl he liked out the next night. being a girl, i got a bit mad and didnt talk to him for a week. now, he talks to me a lot and he even had a band on his myspace that wasnt him at all but it was me. then, his gf commented saying she didnt really like it so he took it off. the other night, he texted me at 12 at night but i didnt answer. my friend was online [i wasnt] and he started talking to her and asking her where i was then he was like 'well i texted her but she didnt answer backk', also, him and his gf got in a fight a couple days ago and that day, she added me on myspace and i saw that someone had commented her telling her he was an idiot if he didnt choose her. obviously, he chose her for now but this was all before the texting thing happened. we sit next to each other in a class and we never really talk because its akward...i dont know right now..i'm so lost and i need some helpp...

Im 22yrs old and im sick of men treating me like crap... This week my boyfriend broke up with me.. he said "i think i was just with you cos i wanted to show you off to my friends cos your hot.. but your not the right girl for me"

Ive only ever had 3 ppl that i felt strongly about... one was him! I know im only young... but im sick of men treating me all nice until they get whatever it is they want!!

I left a note for him in his backpack, it said "hey beau u seem like a cool guy and i was wondering if u wanted to hang out sometime? (#)...we arn't exactly friends yet, but we have talked before/ complimented, whatever
He texted me with an answer (pansy!) saying "You seem like an awesome girl too, but i practically have a gf, but yeah call me sometime"
The next day i tried to talk to him, but he was either really shy, or hostile! lol idk which one.
I sort of was sad, so i didnt really talk to him or look at him, but the one time i did, he was lookin at me, only it wasnt an "I like you" look, it looked very concerned.
We ignore eachother in the halls, so i took to the hint to back off..i deleted his messages, number, i dont look for him anymore, and i am done watching his hockey games or talking about him.
I guess im an attractive girl, but did i creep him out before? Are these good steps to getting over it?

There's this guy I really like, and I mean REALLY like. We're just friends at the moment, but we talk, flirt, and laugh constantly and I think there could be something more there. My instincts definitely tell me this. We often lock eyes with each other for up to 5 seconds, and he's told me that he thinks I'm good looking. There's never a dull moment in our conversations. ok just before christmas me and my friend met these guys they tryed to pick us up and i gave him my number and he was thrilled right so we went some where else but ended up going back to see them all night he had his full attention on me evan wen me and my friend hit the dance floor he stayed behind waiting for us with my male friend and his gf will i came back he ended up asking me to go to his house knowing i had that time of the month cos my friend told him so i went back he was soo lovely he droped me home in the morning and asked if he sould see me again ...... didnt call so we called him a week later he was away in another state for work he works like 90 hrs a week and he said he would like to hang out wen he got back.. didnt msg me till the other day saying .... keep this night free this guy is having a going away party and he wants u and ur friend to be their... ok i dont get it help me?????

A girl that I like is a waitress at the restaurant that my brother and brother-in-law took me to tonight; my brother-in-law decided to be a little forward and had us put in her section. After she had taken our order I asked them what they thought: my in-law noted that she wore a ring with a heart on her finger with the heart facing in; this he stated meant she already had a boyfriend. My brother said that she had little red spots, or marks on the back of her arms; this means that she is a smoker. That and lately she has been rather brief and all business towards me, as she was tonight (I understand that she IS working and has to hurry, but normally since we are acquaintances she relaxes a bit). Does anyone think that what my family said has any truth there, or are they just busting me? I know that the surest and quickest way to find out is to ask her (as my brother has stated this numerous times) but I’m rather shy by nature and not as confident as my brother-in-law.

At work, my responsibilities require me to travel to another company to complete various business transactions. I often deal with a particular girl who works at the other company. Sometimes I feel a vibe when I talk to her, but I always dismiss it as mere fanciful thought. Today, my coworker tells me that he's been feeling the 'vibe' for some time, and only when she talks to me and no one else. "She digs you," were his exact words.

1. how do I know "she digs" me? the signs?

2. She and I, at this juncture, are persuing different goals. She is a student at a renowned university, while I work full time at a subsitance wage while taking college courses at night. She has a good chance at financial success, while I may be doomed to a lesser success. Should I persue this relationship? Would it be fair to her?

Also I will be promoted soon and my duties will change. I will not see her again if I do not act soon-- within one business day.

my girlfriend is 19 years old and she has a 2 year old son. I love my girlfriend more than anything, weve been dating for almost a year and a half now. Her son is so irritating though. Everytime she puts him down he cries. Hes constantly getting in our bed at night and laying on top of me which wakes me up. He always wants to be on my lap or something. Okay so about a year ago, I introduced two of my friends to each other (male and female) and they hit it off and started a relationship. The guy with me was never cute or romantic or anything so I wasn't sure how it'd work out but things went great for about 2-3 months. Then my friend thinks she might be pregnant with his kid and he flips out due to his own issues and ends it with her. She's devasted, can't understand why they broke up, etc and for a year she's talked on and off with him. Recently, they've been talking more and more and she believes he's being sincere and misses her and she's eating what he says right up. She asks me what I think and I tell her but it goes in one ear and out the other so what can I do to show her that regardless of how he's acting now, he deserves a dose of his medicine and get her to listen and understand it? Am I wrong if she comes to ask me for advice to give her how I feel?
