every time she's around my mind gose blank. I find it hard to start a conversation and get shy. any good advice.........

Yup sure buddy. I think you are here for an advise, aren't you? OK so Let's get started. Well the only reason why u r not comfortable is because u aren't friends with her. Hmmm probably you are but then there is a hinge in it somewhere, try to find out where. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE A GIRL FELL COMFORTABLE. she wants to see in you a personal healing touch, not that girls are dependent but then they surely need a shoulder to cry on. it may sound very weird to you, But to begin with simply be friends with her and try NOT to show her that u like her anyway. be caring, soft and the ONE THAT GIVES SPACE. allow Her TO SIMPLY BE HERSELF. try to know her straight instead of weakness, it will help. and yes this does not mean you become a nag and her little lamp. hope it works. It's because you worry you might blurt something ridiculous. So i have way to help you. Try a three-way-conversation. See if the girl is talking to any of your friends or someone you know. Politely go and join their conversation. Start by talking to your friend and later to your girl. This will actual create a warm relationship and the next time you meet him, you would have the confidence to greet her. Voila!

Pick a topic you know you both like and agree on and keep it in mind for the next time you see her. Music is a good topic!

it for the fear of rejection. you will get nerveous when you talk to them and youll get a body shut down. but believe me the best thing you can do is overcome your fears because that fear is what normally drives you to the best love you've ever found because that fear is the cause of greater feelings, love. hope you can talk with whoever drives you wild and your heart opens up and things go like you want. but be ready for anything.

because your too busy worrying about saying something stupid/wondering what his thinking/perving on him to actually let yourself go and say what you want to. I hate that!
