At work, my responsibilities require me to travel to another company to complete various business transactions. I often deal with a particular girl who works at the other company. Sometimes I feel a vibe when I talk to her, but I always dismiss it as mere fanciful thought. Today, my coworker tells me that he's been feeling the 'vibe' for some time, and only when she talks to me and no one else. "She digs you," were his exact words.

1. how do I know "she digs" me? the signs?

2. She and I, at this juncture, are persuing different goals. She is a student at a renowned university, while I work full time at a subsitance wage while taking college courses at night. She has a good chance at financial success, while I may be doomed to a lesser success. Should I persue this relationship? Would it be fair to her?

Also I will be promoted soon and my duties will change. I will not see her again if I do not act soon-- within one business day.

Should I? Shouldn't I? Mismatch? Tips

Go for it true love don't happen everyday but you will never know unless you go for it. Support her goals and in turn she will support yours together you can become each others safety net you will catch her when she falls and she will catch you when you fall.

Dave, you have to think about what really matters to you. Don't worry about what matters to her...let her take care of herself. You ask you out. You make the move. Then it's up to her. Either she says "yes" or she turns you down. Don't worry about the future, you haven't even asked her out and already you're setting up the marriage to fail. If the two of you click it will be only after you have discussed and analyzed everything that you think will happen. You may never get that far in a relationship. So don't worry about what might happen...worry about getting something started. Then worry about where it's going to go. But make the first step and let mother nature do her thing. And, good luck.

invite her out for a drink after work, or a coffee (I dont know your age, but I will assume you are of age).

a drink is a good ice breaker. get to know her ambitions and see if they are a union or a strong intersection of your own. if she is into you, also a drink can relax things.

dont worry about money or social status. it doesnt matter in the scheme of things.

good luck man.
