Well first of all, it means that they are rude!
I think that people say that when they cannot easily read what you are thinking and feeling. Some people are just like that though... you should take up poker, I bet you have a good poker face!

lol woah, i guess you should ask the person that told you that but if i ever told someone that it would probably mean i can't tell anything from looking at their eyes. if their lying if their telling the truth etc.

you know the eyes are the windows to the soul,so some ppl can read you through your eyes.when they look in yours,they see no king of emotion,no feelings
